Feb. 7th (Wed) - Cancer Awareness-Wear a red shirt.
Feb. 15th (Thurs) - Valentine's Day Party - Homeroom parents may begin at 12:45. Party will begin at 1:00.
Feb. 23rd (Fri) - Trip to see Disney's On Ice "Frozen". Bus will leave at 8:00 a.m. and return for regular dismissal from Doddridge County Middle School.
Feb. 26th (Mon) - We will begin taking appointments for Preschool Registration.
The following is a list of documentation needed to complete registration:
* Birth Certificate - Must come from the Vital Registration Office in Charleston.
* Social Security Card
* Updated Immunization Records
* Updated Physical
* Updated Dental Examination
* Insurance Card
* Recent Prof of Income
The Wellness Center will be on-site to provide immunizations, physicals, and dental screenings.
Registration will be held on March 16th and March 19th from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
